Agreement
These terms are between you and Uğur Ozan Yıldız ("we", "us") and cover the Home Redesign AI app and website. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If they conflict on a point, the Apple agreement governs the license to the app itself, and these terms govern the rest, such as our service and acceptable use. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.
What the app does
You upload a photo of a room, garden or house exterior, choose options such as a style and color palette, and the app returns an AI generated image. Some tools and options need a subscription.
AI generated results
Results are created by an AI model. They are illustrative and meant for inspiration. They can contain mistakes, such as changed proportions, missing or invented features, or colors that look different in real life.
Results are not architectural, engineering, structural, legal or safety advice. Do not rely on them to plan construction, to check that something is safe or lawful, or to estimate materials or cost. Ask a qualified professional before you build, renovate or buy.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple Account secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires more for digital consent, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Free generation
Each device gets one free generation, and its result carries a watermark. The allowance is tied to the device, so deleting your account or reinstalling the app does not reset it. Further generations need a subscription.
Subscriptions and free trial
- We offer a weekly and an annual auto-renewing subscription. The annual plan includes a 3 day free trial. The weekly plan has no trial.
- The price, billing period and trial length are shown in the app and on the App Store, in your local currency, before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. Apple handles payment, and we never receive your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid annual subscription. During the free trial you can make up to 5 generations.
- To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Home Redesign AI. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices for future periods. Apple will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent before you are charged the new price.
Fair use of "Unlimited"
Our plans are described as unlimited. Unlimited generations are subject to a fair use limit, so that heavy use by a few people does not slow the app down for everyone. If you go beyond the fair use level in a period, your generations may wait longer in the queue and may be produced by a different model. We will not charge you more, and we will not stop your subscription because of it. We do not publish the exact level because it can change as the service grows.
Your content
You keep the rights to your photos. You give us a limited license to store, process and send them to our providers only to run the service for you, and to show the results back to you. You are the owner of the generated images for your own use, to the extent the law allows and subject to the rights of others in the original photo. AI generated images may not qualify for copyright protection in some countries.
You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to:
- upload photos of property you have no right to use, or photos of other people without their consent;
- upload images of children or any image that shows a person in a harmful or sexual way;
- create content that is illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit, or that infringes other people's rights;
- try to bypass the free generation limit, plan limits or the safety checks, or reverse engineer or overload the service;
- use automated means to access the service, or resell it without our written permission.
Our image provider runs a safety checker, and some images may be refused. If you see a result that breaks these rules, use the Report button on the result. We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or end features. If we make a change that materially hurts a paying subscriber, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Warranty and liability
The app and its results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on generated images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as liability and governing law, will do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
