How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Home Redesign AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Apple manages billing, so we cannot cancel it for you from our side.
How does the free trial work?
The annual plan starts with a 3 day free trial. The app and the App Store show the exact end date and the price before you confirm. The weekly plan has no trial.
How do I restore my purchases?
On the subscription screen in the app, tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription. If it still does not show up, email us with the date of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is it really unlimited?
Plans are unlimited with a fair use limit. If you use the app very heavily, generations can get slower for a while. You are never charged extra for it. See the Terms.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
Open the Account tab in the app and tap Delete account. This removes your account, your designs and your stored files, and revokes the Sign in with Apple token for the app. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your subscription, so cancel that first in iOS Settings.
I deleted my account. Why can't I get another free design?
The free design is limited to one per device, and that flag stays on the device after account deletion or reinstalling the app. This prevents the free allowance from being reset. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
What happens to my photos?
Your photo is sent to an image generation provider to create the result. Uploaded photos are deleted after 30 days. Generated images stay in your library until you delete them or your account. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
Photos and results
The result changed my walls or windows. Can I prevent that?
Results are AI generated and can differ from the real space. A clear, well lit, straight-on photo gives the best chance of keeping the layout. Try again with a sharper photo, or pick a different style or palette.
Why was my image refused?
Our image provider runs a safety checker. It can refuse photos it considers unsafe, and sometimes it refuses a harmless photo. A refused or failed generation does not use up your allowance. Try a different photo.
How do I report a result?
Open the result in the app and tap the Report button. If something is seriously wrong, you can also email us with the details.
Can I use the results for a real renovation?
Treat them as inspiration. Results are illustrative and are not architectural, engineering or safety advice. Check with a qualified professional before you build or buy.
How do I save a design to my Photos?
Use the save option on the result. The app asks for permission to add images to your Photos, and it does not read your existing photo library beyond what you pick.
Languages
Which languages does the app support?
The app is designed for English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Japanese and Korean. Some of these are still planned, so check the App Store page for the languages in your version.
